Jon Andrews / Radio Presenter

Jon is a true veteran of the airwaves because over the past 20 years he has been involved in some form or another with radio whether it is with small time local hospital radio stations or the more widely known licensed radio stations broadcasting to the public at large. So he brings a very broad range of broadcasting experience to SHCR.

By sheer good fortune it was largely though Jon’s involvement with hospital radio that he experienced a road to Damascus moment and he realised that he wanted to be involved with and secure a career within the mental health charity sector and that passion led him to working with Mencap with a particular focus with working with those who are on the autistic spectrum.
