Enter Harriet Courage and Ruth Hampson - two women who've decided it's time to grab those awkward conversations by the handlebars and take them for a spin.
It’s all about periods, people. Yep, we said it. Menstrual cycles, hormones, and all the fun that comes with having a body that basically runs its own monthly marathon.
They're taking on topics that usually get swept under the rug and dragging them into the spotlight, armed with nothing but curiosity, real talk, and the occasional perfectly-timed snack break.
