Welcome back to Ruth and Harriet who will be coming back to the airwaves from November 2026.

Once the hosts of ‘The Cycle’, this duo have used current life experiences as parents to change the show up a little and give the broadcast a new title: Dear Mum.

A new chapter, with the same heart and the same honest conversations about motherhood, the things we don’t always say out loud, and everything in between.

From fertility and pregnancy to motherhood, loss and everything beyond, there’s room for every story and every stage. And you don’t have to be a mum to get involved!
